POLITICAL QUALIFICATIONS IN THE ANC

There is a new issue which has come to my attention regarding the African National Congress.Which is the need for someone to be, politically qualified in order for that person to say something in the ruling party. An article that appeared in the Daily Dispatch, about two weeks back said that Julius Malema is politically qualified because he attended Chris Hani's funeral in the 1990's.

The party's secretary general Gwede Mantashe is said to be unqualified, simply because he holds no Academic qualification in politics. Now I continually ask myself how will we survive in such an environment. whereby in order for something to be approved, it must be a suggestion from someone who is politically qulified.
